These services are available to you as the user (\u201cthe User\u201d) under these Terms and Conditions of Use (\u201cthe Agreement\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By creating an account, registering for a course, or using any part of the Nibras platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please refrain from using or registering on the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Nibras platform, including its educational content and digital resources, is provided free of charge. All students are entitled to register and benefit from the courses free of charge, except in cases where the student chooses to obtain an officially accredited certificate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Eligibility and Registration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Registration is open to students who meet the academic, technical, or specific requirements for each study stage or training course.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All required fields on the registration screen must be filled out accurately, including full name, email address, phone number, nationality, and age group.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nibras reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the information provided, and to reject or cancel the account if it is proven that incorrect or misleading data has been provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Accounts and platform access<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The user is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sharing login details with others or using another user&#8217;s account is strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nibras and its partners bear no responsibility for any unauthorized use resulting from the disclosure of login data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Using the platform for educational purposes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The platform is for educational purposes only, and all users must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Interacting respectfully and responsibly within educational activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presenting tasks and activities in their own style and reflecting their true understanding of the material.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adherence to the platform management team&#8217;s guidelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Academic integrity<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cheating, plagiarism, and using unauthorized tools (including AI tools unless authorized) are all forms of academic misconduct. This may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension or termination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Attendance and participation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Students are expected to log in to the platform regularly, attend classes and lectures, and submit assignments on time, as required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parents are advised to monitor their children&#8217;s participation and to contact technical support in case of absence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repeated non-participation without justification may result in the termination of the student&#8217;s registration in the course.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Digital Behavior and General Discipline<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All users (students, parents, and platform management team) must adhere to the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Respecting the etiquette of communication on the platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refrain from any abusive, inflammatory, or racist behavior.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the platform in a way that maintains a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Any breach of the above may result in suspension or permanent termination of use of the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Intellectual Property Rights and Platform Use<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All materials displayed on the platform, including texts, images, videos, and documents, are subject to copyright and are the exclusive property of Nibras or its authorized partners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No content may be copied, distributed, modified, or used for commercial or non-educational purposes without prior written consent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The user is granted a personal and limited license to use the content only during the study period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Hardware and Software<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Students may be required to use specific software, tools, or devices to access educational content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The use of devices must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy adopted by Nibras and its authorized partners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Installing unauthorized software, sharing files, or accessing inappropriate content is prohibited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Privacy and Data Protection<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In line with international standards and the privacy policies adopted by partners, Nibras is committed to the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Collect the minimum data necessary for registration and educational use (e.g., name, email, phone number, level of progress and participation).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Securing personal data using appropriate encryption methods and administrative controls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access to data is restricted to authorized staff and for educational purposes only.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Student data shall not be sold or shared with any third party except in the case of a legal request or prior notice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Platform availability and usage limitations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The platform is provided &#8220;as is&#8221; and &#8220;as available,&#8221; without guaranteeing continuous 24\/7 operation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Despite efforts to provide uninterrupted service, maintenance work or out-of-control malfunctions may temporarily affect service availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nibras and its partners are not responsible for any delay or interruption in service due to reasons beyond their control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Account suspension or termination<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nibras reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user&#8217;s access to the platform in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Violation of any of the terms and conditions of these terms and conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Violation of academic or behavioral standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Misuse of the platform, breach of the security system, or violation of applicable laws.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Amendments to the terms<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nibras reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes implicit acceptance of the new terms. Access and accredited certificates<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Nibras platform, including educational courses, content and digital resources, is available free of charge to all students regardless of age, background or geographical location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a student wishes to obtain an accredited certificate, a fee will be charged.
